I absolutely love this building. I have been here almost a month and all I can say is way to go to the staff and properly manager!! The property is beautiful, the amenities are top notch and it is just a great place to live. I have lived In two other mid and high rise buildings (one in sawgrass and one in plantation) and all I can say is you can really see and feel the difference in this place. Richmond really takes apartment living to another level. The attention to the smallest details and little extras (i.e. Having snacks and water bottles in the gym 🙂 are the things that make this property superior to their competition. Their price point is great for the area and we truly have the best leasing staff and property manager in The business. I want to give a huge thank you to the amazing leasing staff (Tyler, Tatiana and Miriam) as well as the property manager Joe. Oh and just FYI they host great community events as well!!
