We’ve lived in Aurora for a few months now and we LOVE it. The location is perfect. On weekends, my husband and I walk everywhere. Aurora is very centrally located, so bars, restaurants, several parks, Channelside, and Amalie Arena all within walking distance. And a nice walk at that. I was nervous at first that it’d be noisy in the apartment because of location being in the heart of downtown, but I dont ever hear anything from the outside. Super calm inside the complex. I’ve never heard my neighbors. Huge attention to detail here- there’s a Starbucks machine inside the lobby that makes lattes, espresso shots, coffee, everything. The parking lot is HUGE. We’ve never had an issue with parking for ourselves or guests. The gym is really modern and spacious. I cancelled our gym memberships as soon as we moved in. There’s no need for one. We feel like we’ve made the best decision for moving into Aurora. This place is such a gem. We’ve dealt with Yineth and Jasmine for the most part while we’ve lived here and they’re wonderful. They treat everyone like family and have answered all of the 1000 questions I had when moving in. They’ve been great. Aurora has all the best parts of living in downtown, without having to compromise on space or having to pay ridiculous amounts. Definitely see ourselves living here for a long time.
