My wife and I moved here in October. During our search for an apartment in the Tampa area it was difficult to find an apartment community that ticked all the boxes. Lenox is as close as it gets to the best in this area. There are many considerations when choosing an apartment ranging from budget to location to design. When we did our tour of the Lydia floor plan, I was impressed by the design and quality of it all. Danny helped us from day one through the entire process with the tour and eventually finalizing the lease on the phone as we moved down from NY/CT. When I walk in to our apartment, I feel I am walking into a classy & modern space happy to call my own. It is spacious – I absolutely love the open L shape of the Lydia floor plan! The large kitchen island is magnificent. There is a lot of space to set up your apartment the way you want. The double sink bathroom and large walk in closet are also perfect. Other places we looked at either lacked both, or at least one of those. The location is great as you can get on 75 immediately and it is close to stores such as Target, Costco, Walmart to get whatever you may need for your apartment living. For package delivery, they set up a LuxerOne box which allows carriers like USPS, UPS, FedEx to place your packages inside so nobody can steal them – you get a code to access the locker texted to your phone. The 24/7 gym is fantastic so I can go anytime on my days off. When we have had maintenance issues, Eugene has been prompt & effective at taking care of things for us. The valet trash is a bit odd in that they charge you separately but it’s great to have. I believe you will have a hard time finding a better apartment community in this area that meets all your expectations. We are happy to live here. – 5-stars, 12/11/18
