Grady Square is by far the nicest community I have ever lived in. The property is beautiful and very nicely kept. I love the huge dog area for my dogs to play in. The grounds are ALWAYS clean including the parking garage. Service requests are handled as soon as they come up even if it is a simple thing. The amenities are a nice added value. The pool and spa are very clean and pretty to look at. I enjoy that there is a large gym with almost every piece of equipment imaginable. Finally, the staff is awesome. Nick is so kind and caring and goes out of his way to make sure he says hello.
