For the time that I have been at Lenox I have enjoyed every second of it. The complex is soo clean and the staff is soo friendly. I have worked with Jade throughout my move in process and any questions I’ve had and she is AMAZING! It is such a relief to finally have staff that actually care for you like Jade does. I was renting from Jacksonville so we did not have the time to come look at the complex but Jade was able to send me a virtual tour of what our unit was and helped me with any questions or concerns I had. I really appreciate everything she did. Once we arrived she gave us a thorough tour and the grounds is just gorgeous. Everything is new and high end, I do not regret my decision at all.
