Shopping around the Los Angeles area for an apartment was proving tough. I searched in DTLA, KoreaTown, and surrounding neighbor hoods but nothing was really catching my eye. I found Sage at Cerritos as my daily commute took me next to it a number of times during its construction. After going in and speaking with an on-site leasing agent I was shown a number of units that exceeded my expectations. Everything earlier I had seen at other locations were older or half remodeled but nothing was brand new. Many places were built so quickly the design and overall craftsman ship was lacking. Sage at Cerritos is far has been a quality investment for my wife and I along with our two cats. The apartment is pet friendly, offers new appliances, secure parking, a number of amenities, just in between the OC and LA areas without being too densely populated.
