We moved in right when Sage opened, and although it was a rocky start with all the new construction still going on we are very happy with Sage as our new home. The amenities are top notch, the units are pristine and were designed beautifully. The staff are very welcoming and go above and beyond for their residents. Lourdes, the property manager, has been especially helpful and really knows her stuff.
For prospective residents looking at Sage, i can confirm the units are very quiet, with sound dampening windows and doors to keep the noise from busy streets and the freeway out. The water has great pressure in the shower and heats up in no time. Valet trash has made life a little more convenient, and the package center really puts the online shopper at ease.
There are lots of good restaurants nearby and convenient shopping. With Trader Joe’s and a 24/7 Walmart across the street we don’t have to go very far to keep our house well provisioned.
I can highly recommend this complex if you are looking for a new place to live. – 5 Stars, 5/21/2018
