Wednesday, February 1, an esteemed group of Tampa City Officials, along with Mayor Bob Buckhorn, celebrated the recent addition of Richman Signature community, Aurora, to Downtown Tampa.
To kick off the event, Mayor Buckhorn addressed attendees; “I can’t wait to see the folks that will move downtown to places like this, to enjoy an incredible living experience.”
Following a celebratory ribbon cutting, attendees were provided a detailed tour of the community and model apartments. Amenities include a large resort-style pool with summer kitchen, relaxing outdoor lounge, and large fitness center which includes a spin-room and virtual fitness trainer. Model homes showcase designs by Signature partner, Laurel & Wolf, and tell a story of what Downtown Tampa living truly encompasses.
“This is one more feather in our cap,” Buckhorn proudly announced during the event, “Let’s continue to build this great American city.”
