Social Distancing Enforced
We are in this together, 6 feet apart! As per the CDC recommendation, we are limiting the capacity of group gatherings as well as making sure proper social distance is kept. All resident events require an RSVP and abide by the CDC standards.
Face Masks Enforced
Residents will now be required to wear a mask anytime they are outside of their residence on the property. This applies to all amenity and common area spaces as well as hallways and parking garages.
Amenity Guidelines
Per CDC recommendation, we have put capacity guidelines in place throughout amenity areas to limit traffic and to ensure proper social distance is being kept. If you have any questions regarding this, please reach out to your leasing team.
Additional Sanitation Products Provided
Complimentary cleaning wipes and hand sanitizing stations can now be found throughout our communities for residents’ use.
Adhering to CDC guidelines
Our leasing teams are required to wear a mask when onsite and adhere to proper social distancing. Temperature checks will be taken before coming into the office and anyone feeling sick will be advised to stay home.
Ample Outdoor Space
Our communities offer dynamic outdoor spaces for when you just need to escape the four walls of your apartment. The CDC recommends outdoor exercise and open-air hangouts for safer social distancing.
Multiple Ways to Tour Our Communities
We now offer 3D Tours, Facetime and Skype tours by appointment and Virtual Tours via our website. This limits face-to-face contact and in turn, better protects the health of our team and others.
Online Rental Portal
Our residents can pay their rent and put in maintenance requests without ever having to leave the comfort of their home via the Resident Portal.
